Five Work Packages, one shared mission.

ALKI is organised into five Work Packages running from September 2025 to November 2027. They move from understanding the problem, to training the people, to making the model last.

WP1

Project Management

Led by PDETh (Greece)

Strategic coordination, quality assurance, financial oversight and risk management across the whole 27-month project. Five Transnational Project Meetings keep the consortium aligned.

WP2

Survey & Analysis

Led by University of Perugia (Italy) · Months 1–8

Before we design any training, we listen. A pilot questionnaire reaches 100 students and 10 educators; a full survey then reaches 500 students and 50 educators across five partner schools.

WP3

Empowering Educators

Led by Alpha Omega NGO (Greece) · Months 5–13

We build the ALKI Instructional Guide, then train a core group of educators through a 5-day LTTA in Spain. The L.A.R.S. model holds everything together: Learn, Apply, Reflect, Share.

WP4

Empowering Students

Led by Doukas School (Greece) & Doğa Schools (Türkiye) · Months 13–26

Students aren't an audience — they're the actors. Three progressive workshops lead to school hackathons and School Missions in disaster-affected areas.

WP5

Impact & Dissemination

Led by Idea-Re (Italy) with PDETh (Greece) · Months 2–27

The ALKI digital platform and ALKI Academy take shape here. Six regional conferences and a final international event in Athens spread the work across Europe.
